Jim Scoggins, 83, of Huntsville, AL, died on January 3, 2022. He was born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cecil James Scoggins, Sr. and Leola Mae Darden Scoggins. He was a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Electrical Engineering and had a successful career in that field.
